About the position

Our company has decades of experience in domestic and international HR services, leadership consulting, organizational development, and interim management. We are looking for an HR Coordinator who speaks both Uzbek and Hungarian, to support and supervise the work of Uzbek seasonal workers in agriculture as part of a two-month project near Kalocsa. If the project is successful, further cooperation opportunities may follow.

Tasks

  • Support the integration of Uzbek workers, introduce them to local customs and work culture, help them settle through daily communication and assistance;
  • Accompany the workers from the airport to the accommodation, assist with settling in, ensure adherence to house rules, help with the handover of the accommodation at the end of the project, and accompany workers to the airport for their return trip;
  • Assist in purchasing food in line with Uzbek dietary preferences;
  • Supervise the daily work of employees, ensure smooth work processes, and record completed work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
  • Support employees in understanding the applicable Hungarian labor regulations and other policies;
  • Assist employees in accessing health care, banking, and other services;
  • Organize and accompany workers to various official appointments, provide support and personal assistance (e.g. to the relevant directorate of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing – OIF);
  • Provide personal assistance in case of medical needs or health issues;
  • Maintain communication between the employer and employees;
  • Provide interpretation and translation between Uzbek and Hungarian;
  • Live-in presence in Fajsz, on-site 24/7, at company-provided accommodation.

Expectations

  • Conversational level knowledge of Hungarian and Uzbek;
  • Good communication skills, empathy;
  • User-level proficiency in MS Office;
  • Flexibility, independence, accuracy;
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Uzbek and Hungarian;
  • Proactive and open-minded personality;
  • Ability to coordinate a team of employees from diverse backgrounds and age groups

It's an advantage

  • Relevant HR or coordination experience, especially in an agricultural environment;
  • Own vehicle and a valid category “B” driving license.
