Unfortunately, day to day we are experiencing the extreme labour shortage we have to face in the Hungarian labour market. This is primarily attributable to demographic reasons.
According to the data of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, in the past five years (2017-2021) the difference between the number of deaths and live births in Hungary was around 230,000. Between 2017 and 2021, the difference between the number of retirees and the number of young people entering the labour market shows that the number of new entrants to the labour market has decreased by more than 150,000. There hundreds of thousands of Hungarian employees currently working in Western Europe who are not expected to return to the Hungarian labour market at all. In 2021 alone, more than 200,000 Hungarian citizens applied for residence permits in various Western European countries. Between 2021 and 2031, the working-age population will decrease by around 700,000. These figures are alarming!
To resolve the acute labour shortage, until now companies have tried to employ workers from third countries (mainly from the Ukraine and Serbia). However, it has now become evident that this number cannot be increased any further. We have also witnessed attempts at the employment of Vietnamese, Mongolian and other third-country nationals. Experts are clearly of the opinion, however, that the definitive solution will be to employ workers from India in Hungary.
All the giant market leader companies of the world’s economies have settled in India in recent decades. Key sectors such as microelectronics, the fine chemicals industry, the computer industry, aeronautics, space technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals have been created in the country of continental size. Huge industrial centres have emerged, where the automotive industry has grown to astonishing dimensions. In these districts, Indian workers are socialised in the most efficient organisational cultures, using state of the art technology. They are able to perform perfectly under European, Hungarian conditions as well.

The largest global corporations settled in India decades ago, so today the second generation of workers has been socialised using the most modern technology. Social hierarchy and religion also require that people work fairly and responsibly. Family is an absolute priority for them. They are here because of their families. They want to earn money to support them.
The work permit is valid only in Hungary and for the given company, so the possibility of fluctuation is low.
In addition to their mother tongue, they also speak English well, so there is no need to spend time or money on language courses.
They work honestly and diligently, do their job with due care, and have respect for their superiors.
Our activities do not end with the placement of workers. We assist with the integration of workers, providing for a regional manager of Indian nationality to ensure more effective and smoother cooperation and continued integration.
