CNC Operator with Programming Skills

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator skilled in programming to join our team and support our mission of delivering high-quality, customized solutions. This role involves unique, non-mass-produced pieces requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of complex machining systems.

Tasks

Operate and make adjustments on 3-axis DMG DMV 115V / Volt DMC 1150V / DMG CMX70 machines.
Utilize and adjust SIEMENS controls for both 3- and 5-axis operations.
Program on Powermill, Shopmill, or Celos as required.
Write minor programs and perform corrections to existing programs.
Work closely with engineers who handle complex programming, ensuring seamless execution.

Expectations

Minimum 4 years of experience with CNC machining, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
Proficiency in Siemens controls and programming platforms (Powermill, Shopmill, or Celos).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think in systems and understand tool preparation end-to-end.
Good communication skills in English.
We seek an operator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and more than just a “button pusher.”
